We oppose the abandonment of the lands of the Romagna Apennines by cultivating ancient local soft wheat. From these we obtain stone-ground organic flours that express the scents of the Tramazzo valley.
Valbindola is a young organic farm that aims to respect the land as well as that of people’s health.
We enhance the production in our fields thanks to the cultivation of local soft wheat as in the case of Gentile Tramazzo: the flour for piadina.
Why for piadina?
Our soft wheat has a very large gluten mesh, a low W. This allows you to make doughs that do not require long leavening.
Experiment your piadina with unique combinations or use it as a side to your meals and snacks. The piadina with our flour is easy to make.
