Grain type: soft wheat from a local variety.

Taste: in the intense flavor of the flour you will be able to recognize the flavor of chestnuts, hazelnuts and grandmother’s cookies. 

Allergens: contains gluten. It may contain traces of rye, barley, oats, spelled.

Certification: Bio (CCPB S.r.l.).

Shelf life: to be consumed preferably within 6 months from the date of grinding. To be kept in a cool and dry place. Product subject to weight loss.

Humidity: max 15.5%.

Ground by: Molino Pransani (since 1921).

Purpose: excellent for piadina.
